But when it is someone
like me, passionate about travel AND photography, then one
takes more than memories back. Gigabytes of photographs,
trying to distil the spirit of the place, and convey a sense
of what was and is...
I have been into photography
since 1990 (which was when I could first afford a camera
of my own), first with the Minolta Dynax 7i and later the
Nikon F90X. In 2003 I decided to plunge into digital photography,
and because I already had the Nikon system, the D100 was
a natural choice. I have never regretted that decision.
